McKool Smith principal Mike McKool was named “Litigator of the Week” by The American Lawyer's Litigation Daily for work that resulted in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit upholding the firm's $391 million judgment for client Versata Software against SAP. The ruling, outlined in a 24-page opinion issued May 1, describes the verdict as going down in history "as one of the largest ever to survive a Federal Circuit challenge."
