McKool Smith principal Scott Hejny spoke at the Center for American and International Law (CAIL) 52nd Annual Conference on Intellectual Property Law taking place in Plano, Texas on November 10-11, 2014.  Mr. Hejny will be a panelist for the “Breakfast Roundtable: Patent Litigation Practices.” Other panelists will include Hon. Roy Payne of the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Texas and Hon. Barbara M.G. Lynn of the U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas.
