New York principal Daniel Levy will participate in a panel discussion at the American Bar Association’s 32nd Annual National Institute on Criminal Tax Fraud in Las Vegas on December 10, 2015. Mr. Levy’s panel, “Offshore: Where in the World is Enforcement Now?” will discuss criminal tax investigations and prosecutions of banks, bankers, financial professionals, and accountholders, including an update on the Swiss Bank Program and where the government may next turn its attention.
