Much of the litigation with which we’re involved is the subject of extensive news coverage in the media.  When appropriate we view our familiarity and comfort with the journalistic process, and with journalists who cover legal controversies, as an asset to our clients.  In limited instances, the Court of Public Opinion can be extremely relevant in the resolution of business disputes.  Also, as exclusive practitioners in the art of courtroom trial practice, we are routinely called upon by the media to comment on the important legal issues of the day.  We see this as an opportunity to educate and as such, consider it a responsibility we take very seriously.
