Mr. Raskin is a Senior Counsel in the New York office. Prior to joining McKool Smith, Mr. Raskin was an associate at Kenyon & Kenyon, LLP, where he garnered extensive patent litigation experience, both in district court and before the ITC, in technologies related to medical and analytical devices, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics, computer/video game software and hardware, telecommunications and the Internet. Mr. Raskin’s practice also includes advising clients regarding license negotiations and drafting and analyzing license agreements.
While in law school Mr. Raskin was an intern for The Honorable Robert H. Hodges at the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington , DC .
