Peter Song

Peter Song is an associate in the New York office of McKool Smith.  His practice is devoted to patent litigation in the areas of electrical and computer engineering.  

Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at Fish & Richardson, P.C., where he worked on patent litigation matters relating to digital imaging and scanning, vehicle telematics, digital telephony and recording systems, bar code and currency validation, and fiber optic switches.  Mr. Song also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Neil B. Biggers, Jr. at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi.

Mr. Song is proficient in Korean.
