Victoria Wicken is a Principal in the Austin office of McKool Smith. Ms. Wicken's practice focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. She has represented clients in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical and banking.
Prior to joining McKool Smith, Ms. Wicken was an associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf. Ms. Wicken's other experience includes serving as a Judge Advocate for the United States Army at Camp Humphries, Korea and at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. She was also a Law Clerk to the Honorable Sim Lake at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
