Ms. Fagan is a Principal in the Dallas office of McKool Smith.  Fagan focuses her practice on complex business litigation and was one of 40 professionals under the age of 40 recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as leaders in their fields and in the community.  She has also been recognized as a top attorney under 40 by D Magazine (May 2006), and has been named a Rising Star in Texas Monthly every year since 2005.   Prior to joining McKool Smith, Ms. Fagan practiced in the Dallas office of Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP.

Professional Activities

Ms. Fagan is Chair of the Trial Skills Section of the Dallas Bar Association, and is Treasurer and Council Member of the Dallas Bar Association's Business Litigation Section. She is also actively involved in Attorneys Serving the Community, a charitable organization serving the Dallas community.
