Eric Berger is an associate in the New York office of McKool Smith. His practice involves intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on electrical engineering related patent litigation. Prior to joining McKool Smith he was an associate with Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, L.L.P.
While in undergrad, Mr. Berger interned for Compaq Computer Corporation's Alpha Development Group (formerly Digital Equipment Corporation) doing microprocessor design work.
