John Petrsoric is a Senior Counsel in the New York office of McKool Smith. His practice involves intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining McKool Smith he was an Associate with Goodwin Procter.
Prior to going to law school Mr. Petrsoric worked in the Advanced Technology and Development Center at Northrop-Grumman Corporation /Grumman Aerospace Corporation. He spearheaded design of advanced commercial signal processor utilizing in excess of forty Microprocessors and he conceptualized, developed and obtained United States Patent No. 5,381,357, Complex Adaptive Finite Impulse Response Filter with co-worker. Drafted initial description and assisted prosecuting attorney in modifications until final draft.
