Daniel R. Pearson is an associate in the Dallas office of McKool Smith. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and patent litigation matters. Mr. Pearson is a graduate of Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law, where he served as a research assistant for the dean of the law school, John B. Attanasio.
While in law school, Mr. Pearson was one of six students selected in his entering class to receive the Hatton W. Sumners Foundation Scholarship in recognition of academic achievement, commitment to civic duty, and leadership. Mr. Pearson also served as an articles editor for the SMU Law Review Association.
