Yusuf A. Rangwala

Yusuf Rangwala is an Associate in the New York office of McKool Smith. Prior to joining the firm he was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell. Mr. Rangwala's practice includes commercial litigation, securities litigation, mediation and arbitration proceedings, state and federal regulatory actions, and financial institution internal investigations.
After law school Mr. Rangwala served as Law Clerk to Chief Judge Helen W. Gillmor of the United Stated District Court for the District of Hawaii. During college he was an intern with the U.S. State Department, Office of the Inspector General, where he evaluated the execution of U.S. foreign policy at embassy posts abroad. He has a working knowledge of French and is conversant in Gujarati.
