Elizabeth Raskin is an Associate in McKool Smith's New York office. Prior to joining McKool Smith she was an associate with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in New York. Her practice focuses on Chapter 11 litigation for clients involved in the energy industry, real estate, paper products, and petrochemical production. Ms. Raskin's experience includes prosecuting and defending fraudulent conveyance actions, prosecuting and defending director and officer suits, and representing parties in contested confirmation proceedings.
