Jennifer Truelove is an associate in McKool Smith's Marshall office.  Prior to joining McKool Smith she was the First Assistant District Attorney of Harrison County, Texas where she tried over 40 cases.  She also represented the Department of Family and Protective Services in cases where children and adults are taken into protective custody.  Ms. Truelove is a trained mediator.

Professional Activities

Member of Steering Committee (chair of Administrative Committee) to create Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program for Harrison County (December 2006 – present); ad hoc advisory member to Board of Directors for CASA of Harrison County.
