Eric Green is an associate in McKool Smith's Austin office.  His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation.  During college he interned at the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers in Washington DC where he conducted comprehensive reviews of current intellectual property issues.  Mr. Green is a licensed patent agent.
