Mieke Malmberg is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of McKool Smith Hennigan.
Ms. Malmberg practices extensively in intellectual property litigation, with a particular emphasis on patent litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Malmberg was an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, LLP in Los Angeles, California. She has litigated cases and advised clients in a wide range of technology, including computer hardware and software, clothing manufacturing processes, blood glucose monitoring systems, pharmaceutical treatments, sports and athletic equipment, eyeglasses, automotive air bag systems, and interactive call processing, among others. She has also handled “Paragraph IV” disputes under the Hatch-Waxman Act, having represented both the infringing generic as well as the brand.
