Jason Blackstone

Jason Blackstone is a Principal in the Dallas office of McKool Smith. With experience in discovery, deposition and trial preparation, he is involved in intellectual property and complex commercial litigation.
During law school, Mr. Blackstone interned with Federal Judge Barbara M. Lynn, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He also was a finalist in the Ames Moot Court Competition. As an undergraduate, he was a Normandy Scholar in the James Rudder Normandy Program, studying World War II in France. While studying physics, he worked for Motorola, as well as the Low Temperature Physics Lab at Texas A&M University. He is active with the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
