Anascape.  Represented Anascape in Anascape, Ltd. v. Microsoft Corp., a patent infringement case involving video game controllers.

RLUIPA.  Drafted a petition for writ of certorari to the U.S. Supreme Court for a prison inmate who claimed violations of his religious freedoms under the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act.
