Lindsay Martin is an Associate in the New York office of McKool Smith.
While in law school, Ms. Martin was the Chairman of the Jackson Walker Moot Court Board, a member of the Board of Advocates, competed on numerous mock trial teams, and was a Staff Editor on the International Law Review. She also interned for the Honorable Jodie Gilles, 142nd District Court, Midland County, Texas.
In the spring of 2006, Ms. Martin was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers, an honor given to the top 10 advocates of the law school. Ms. Martin was also awarded Best Overall Advocate in the Georgetown White Collar Crime Mock Trial Competition and was a finalist in the ATLA Regional Mock Trial Competition.
Ms. Martin enjoys volunteering her time and gaining experience by representing clients as part of McKool Smith’s Pro Bono Criminal Trial Program, which provides jury trial counsel to the underprivileged.

Computer Acceleration. Represented Computer Acceleration Corporation in a patent infringement case concerning Windows operating systems.
Ericsson, Inc. Represented Ericsson in defense of Sherman Act antitrust lawsuit alleging group boycott/refusal to deal claims in connection with telecommunications standard setting organization.
Mediatek, Inc. Represented Mediatek, Inc. against Sanyo Electronic Co., Ltd. in a patent infringement matter.
