Enron Corporation Creditors Committee. Represented Enron Corporation Creditors Committee in various litigation matters.
Ericsson. Ericsson v. Qualcomm. Represented Ericsson in patent infringement litigation involving wireless telecommunications technology.
Gruner + Jahr AG. Defended Gruner + Jahr AG in complex defamation action brought against multiple German media entities by former Miss Texas and former Swiss Ambassador to Germany. Affirmed on appeal by Fifth Circuit.
Medtronic. Represented Medtronic business units in ongoing multiple, industry-wide patent infringement cases involving stent and catheter products. Represented Medtronic and Medtronic AVE in nine-day arbitration to resolve multi-billion dollar dispute concerning construction of a patent license agreement. Represented Medtronic AVE in a suit by investors alleging fraud and breach of fiduciary duty resulting in month-long trial in Anwar et al. v. AVE et al. Represented Medtronic AVE in multiple commercial cases in state and federal courts, including, DiMassa et al. v. AVE et al. and Karanages v. Medtronic AVE. Resulted in multiple favorable appellate decisions, judgments, and settlements for client.
