Excel. AT&T Corporation v. Excel Communications, Inc. et al. Mr. Perez represented Excel in a patent infringement matter involving telecommunications billing systems.
Nortel. Ciena Corporation v. Nortel Networks Corporation, et al. Mr. Perez represented Nortel in a patent infringement case involving high-density telecommunications technology.
Ericsson. Ericsson Inc., et al. v. Samsung Telecommunications America LLP, et al. Mr. Perez represented Ericsson in several patent infringement lawsuits, including one before the International Trade Commission, involving mobile phone technologies.
National Instruments. National Instruments Corporation v. The MathWorks, Inc. Mr. Perez represented National Instruments in a patent infringement case involving the award-winning LabVIEW® software.
Align Technology. Ormco, Inc. v. Align Technology. Mr. Perez represented Align Technology in a patent infringement case concerning the computer-automated process for designing and manufacturing the Invisalign® orthodontic appliance.
Infineon. Staktek Group, L.P. v. Infineon Technologies, A.G. Mr. Perez represented Infineon in a patent infringement case involving semiconductor memory technology.
