Cal., pending), Hynix Semiconductor Inc. et al. v. Rambus Inc. (N.D. Cal., pending), and Rambus Inc. v. Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. et al. (N.D. Cal, pending)

MagSil & MIT.  Representing MagSil and MIT in MagSil/MIT v. Seagate et al., a Delaware patent case concerning pioneering hard disk drive technology.

HNC Software, Inc.  Represented HNC Software, Inc., in patent infringement action involving financial card fraud detection.  HNC Software, Inc. v. PULSE EFT Association (S.D. Tex., settled).

Biometric Access Company.  Represented Biometric Access Company in patent infringement action involving biometric identity verification and electronic financial transaction processing.  Indivos Corporation v. Biometric Access Corporation (N.D. Cal., settled).

Prior to joining McKool Smith, Mr. Tolliver practiced with Dewey Ballantine LLP and Brobeck, Phleger, and Harrison LLP.
