Jeffrey Huang

Jeffrey Huang is an associate in the Los Angeles office of McKool Smith Hennigan. Before joining the firm, he gained experience at O'Melveny & Myers where he worked primarily on patent litigation matters and assisted in patent non-infringement and claim-construction analysis for a manufacturer and supplier of digital televisions, displays and monitors in an ITC Section 337 Investigation involving digital television technology. Jeffrey also devised and implemented software tests for litigation and settlement between global microprocessor manufacturers.
Before attending law school, he was a software engineer at MoSys, Inc. Jeffrey coded the Graphical User Interface for the MoSys Memory Compiler, written for Linux and Solaris platforms, implemented in Java. He also created and supported a standalone datasheet/model generator and savings calculator.
