Margaret Buckles is an associate in McKool Smith Hennigan's Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and certain regulatory matters.
Ms. Buckles represents individuals, corporations, and other entities in state and federal proceedings. She has also represented national and international clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. She has represented entities in disputes involving real estate, environmental law, securities, class actions, contracts, and employment matters.
Ms. Buckles received her law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2014, where she graduated Order of the Coif and was a member of USC's moot court national team. Upon graduation, Ms. Buckles clerked for the Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew in the Central District of California. She practiced in the Los Angeles office of a large multinational law firm before joining McKool Smith Hennigan.
Ms. Buckles also serves as a city commissioner in West Hollywood, California.
