Sarah O. Jorgensen

Sarah Jorgensen is Senior Counsel in McKool Smith Hennigan’s Silicon Valley office. Ms. Jorgensen served as a clerk for U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist, and for Hon. Lawrence H. Silberman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. She also served as a Trial Attorney with the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.   

Ms. Jorgensen brings her unique appellate skills to bear on a wide range of matters, both at the trial and appellate levels in complex tort, commercial and intellectual property litigation.  In addition to her clerkships, she served as a Litigation Attorney for Textron, Inc. in Providence, R.I.
