McKool Smith principal Blair Jacobs was interviewed by Westlaw Journal Intellectual Property on the recent changes the IP law community has seen and discusses what to expect in the near future. Blair predicts that “The year 2022 will likely see an increased emphasis on the question of whether a Standard Essential Patent holder can obtain injunctive relief as part of a remedy from a U.S. district court.
