Commenting on a recent Federal Circuit ruling allowing Apple and other tech giants to pursue a lawsuit targeting the Fintiv, Washington, DC Principal Christina Ondrick said that the impacts of the ruling on Fintiv’s longevity is of marginal consequence to practitioners.
