McKool Smith Principal Gary Cruciani discussed the firm's successful software licensing case against Nomi Health in an interview with The Salt Lake Tribune. Representing Texas-based software developer OSGHD, the firm secured a nearly $4 million jury verdict in the 14^th Judicial District Court in Dallas. The court also ruled that Nomi Health unlawfully replicated OSGHD's software to evade licensing fees. OSGHD is now entitled to recover pre-judgment interest and attorneys' fees.
