McKool Smith Principal Gary Cruciani discussed the firm's successful software licensing case against Nomi Health in an interview with The Salt Lake Tribune. Representing Texas-based software developer OSGHD, the firm secured a nearly $4 million jury verdict in the 14th Judicial District Court in Dallas. The court also ruled that Nomi Health unlawfully replicated OSGHD's software to evade licensing fees. OSGHD is now entitled to recover pre-judgment interest and attorneys' fees.
