The report, which offers a comprehensive analysis of the most active and successful International Trade Commission Section 337 attorneys and law firms, also recognized several McKool Smith intellectual property litigators among the top performers in the country.
The annual report ranked McKool Smith as the No.3 most active law firm representing complainants. The firm was also among one of the top 25 most active law firms overall.
McKool Smith Principals Eric Hansen, Richard Kamprath, Joshua Newcomer, and Mitch Verboncoeur, along with Associate Casey Shomaker were named among the top 50 most active and best performing attorneys representing complainants.
