Marshall Principal Jennifer Truelove has been inducted into the International Society of Barristers during their 2026 annual meeting in Hawaii. The society recognizes the leading trial advocates of their era whose ability, experience, accomplishments, and ethical standards have been evaluated by fellow trial lawyers and judges.

The International Society of Barristers promotes the preservation of the jury trial system, high standards for trial advocacy, professionalism among litigators, ethical conduct, and the protection of judicial independence and citizens’ rights. It also supports legal education and professional development through meetings, publications, and foundation initiatives.

Jennifer has played a key role in many of the most significant trials in the Eastern District of Texas in recent years and has been an integral member of McKool Smith trial teams. Her experience include several landmark patent, antitrust, and qui tam verdicts totaling more than $2 billion for clients. Her trial work has earned widespread recognition, including honors from Managing IP, Best Lawyers in America, The Legal 500, Texas Lawyer, and Law360.
