NEW YORK/WASHINGTON, D.C. – McKool Smith, one of America’s leading trial firms, has expanded its International Trade Commission (ITC) litigation practice with the addition of Principal Benjamin Levi, who is based in the firm’s Washington, DC and New York offices.
Prior to joining McKool Smith, Mr. Levi worked as a senior investigative attorney with the ITC’s Office of Unfair Import Investigations. Previously, he was in private practice at Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler, LLP in New York. He received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 1996, and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University in 1988.
