McKool Smith is pleased to announce the promotion of associate Holly E. Engelmann to principal in the firm’s Dallas and office, effective January 1, 2014.
Holly Engelmann is based in the firm's Dallas office and focuses on intellectual property, bankruptcy, and complex commercial litigation. Most recently, she was a member of the McKool Smith trial team that represented Ericsson in its patent infringement suits against Samsung before the International Trade Commission. Ms. Engelmann has been named aTexas “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for the past four years and is a graduate of Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. During law school, she interned with Justice Craig T. Enoch of the Supreme Court of Texas and for Justice David W. Chew of the Eighth Court of Appeals of Texas.
