Kelly Jauregui is an associate in McKool Smith's New York office. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, particularly on insurance recovery, fraud, and breach of contract disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Kelly was an associate for a large national firm where she represented policyholders in disputes against insurers and represented a wide variety of corporations and individuals in fraud claims and breach of contract disputes.
While attending law school, Kelly was President of the Latino Law Student Association; Article Editor and Selections Committee Member for Michigan Journal of Gender & Law; and a Student Attorney at the Entrepreneurship Clinic. She was also a Juan Luis Tienda Memorial Scholarship Recipient.
She is fluent in Spanish.
