Thomas joins the firm after clerking for Judge Fernando Rodriguez, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. While in law school, Thomas served as an editor of the Texas Law Review, the Texas Review of Law & Politics, and the Texas International Law Journal. An Eagle Scout actively engaged in his community, he logged more than 500 pro bono hours and was one of only three winners of UT’s Pro Bono Beacon Award. Thomas is also multilingual; he is an advanced Spanish speaker, upper intermediate in Portuguese, and starting to learn French.
