Overview
Greg Saltz is an associate in McKool Smith's Dallas office. He earned his law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law and his undergraduate in engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to law school, Greg worked as a systems engineer for the United States Navy, conducting research and development on various projects.
While earning his law degree, Greg served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Reed O'Connor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He was a member of the patent clinic and authored and published an article in the Journal of Property Law on patent secrecy orders.
After law school, Greg was engaged in a patent licensing proprietorship where he worked with patents pertaining to military technology. Following this, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Roy S. Payne of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
