Ashbey Morgan is an associate in McKool Smith's Dallas office. She focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ashbey gained experience prosecuting semiconductor, software, and chemical patents. Her undergraduate studies focused extensively on organic chemistry, including research on white wine varietals.
While attending law school, Ashbey was an Articles Editor for SMU Law Review and a mentor to first-year law students for the Student Bar Association. Her moot court team won the Mack Kidd Administrative Law Moot Court Competition, where she argued the final round before the Texas Third Court of Appeals.
