Benjamin G. Murray is an associate in McKool Smith's Dallas office. His practice focuses on intellectual property and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Benjamin was a law clerk for New York County Defender Services. While attending law school, Benjamin represented indigent individuals in the Massachusetts court system as a student-attorney for the Harvard Law School Criminal Justice Institute. He was also Article Editor for Harvard Law and Policy Review as well as a member of the American Constitution Society and the Prison Legal Assistance Project.

Benjamin was Valedictorian of his class at New York University and speaks Spanish fluently.
