Overview

Carson Young is an associate in McKool Smith’s Dallas office.  His practice focuses on all areas of commercial and intellectual property litigation. 

While attending law school, Carson served as an associate editor of the Texas Law Review.  While serving on law review, Carson’s note on international organization immunity was selected by his peers for publication in volume 95 of the Texas Law Review.  Additionally, Carson was awarded the best brief award for his participation in the Thad T. Hutcheson Moot Court Competition, and his team was a semi-finalist in the national Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition.
