Overview
Christian Dorman is an Associate in McKool Smith’s Washington, D.C. office. Before joining McKool Smith, he clerked for the Honorable Todd Hughes at the United States Court of Appeals of the Federal Circuit from 2019-2020. Christian also clerked for the Honorable Richard Andrews and the Honorable Maryellen Noreika at the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware from 2021-2022.
From 2013-2019, Christian worked as a Primary Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. During his time as a patent examiner, he examined patents in the field of computer engineering, including those related to error detection/correction and fault detection/recovery.
