David Dehoney is a principal in McKool Smith's New York office. He focuses his practice on intellectual property and commercial litigation, as well as regulatory enforcement matters and internal investigations. Prior to joining the firm, David was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell, where he represented some of the world’s largest companies in a variety of matters and disputes. He also gained experience in the intellectual property and corporate groups of the largest law firm in Korea.
Before attending law school, David developed software as a Bioinformatics Analyst for a drug development company and worked at an internet consultancy.
