Elizabeth Curran is an associate in McKool Smith's New York office. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with a renowned law firm, where she helped litigate mortgage-backed securities and breach of contract actions.
While attending law school, Elizabeth was a member of the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property and the Women’s Leadership Coalition. She volunteered with the ACLU, through which she interviewed residents in Cook County Juvenile Detention to effectuate a court order, and also interned at a firm specializing in employment discrimination. Elizabeth is fluent in Russian.
