Jordan Carson is an associate in McKool Smith's Austin office. He focuses on intellectual property and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Jordan gained experience as a summer associate drafting motions and briefs on topics such as insurance coverage, employment law and attorney-client privilege. He also prepared advisory letters on FCA litigation developments.
While attending law school, Jordan was the vice president of the University of Virginia School of Law's Trial Advocacy Team and was a member of the Extramural Moot Court Team.
