Kunwar "Kora" Singh is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of McKool Smith Hennigan. She focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Kora gained experience handling a variety of patent litigation matters, in which capacity she analyzed technologies, prepared and presented motions in state and federal courts, and prosecuted patent applications.
While attending law school, Kora was a Thurgood Marshall Scholar and was awarded "Best Legal Argument" at the Hispanic National Moot Court Competition.
She was president of the South Asian Bar Association Foundation from 2010-2012 and speaks several languages, including Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
