Elizabeth "Liz" Feldman is an Associate in McKool Smith's Dallas office. She focuses her practice on intellectual property and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Liz gained experience as a commercial litigation associate at an international law firm where she handled a variety of matters related to employment, securities, and products-liability. She also coordinated investigations of alleged client criminal activity after a federal agency-initiated investigation. Liz was a judicial extern for District Judge Sidney A. Fitzwater at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and a judicial intern for the Honorable Catharina Haynes at the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
While attending law school, Liz participated in the SMU Law Review Association as the Casenote and Comment Editor of the Journal of Air Law and Commerce. She was a student attorney for abuse victims at the SMU Judge Elmo B. Hunter Legal Center for Victim of Crimes Against Women Clinic and a student guardian/attorney ad litem for children at the SMU W.W. Caruth, Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic. Liz graduated Order of the Coif.
