Pat Vickery is an associate in McKool Smith's Dallas office, where his practice focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Pat clerked for the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant III of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
While in law school, Pat was a Featured Content Editor for the Texas Law Review, a Teaching Quizmaster for the 1L Legal Research and Writing Course, and a Dean's Fellow Mentor with the Texas Law Society Program. While serving on the Texas Law Review, the Notes committee selected Pat’s note on Executive power for publication in Volume 97.
Prior to moving into the law, Pat worked as a data consultant for a multinational consulting firm, where he helped advise clients on how best to utilize their data and technology to create value.
