Robert King is an associate in McKool Smith Hennigan's Los Angeles office. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Robert gained experience as a litigation associate at a top international law firm, where he handled matters involving white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, shareholder derivative suits, trade secrets litigation, and consumer class actions. He also served as a clerk to the Honorable Milan Smith on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
While attending law school, Robert was an editor of the Columbia Law Review. He was also a coach for the Environmental Moot Court and involved with the Tenants' Rights Project.
