Sara Edelstein is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of McKool Smith Hennigan. Prior to joining the firm, Sara clerked for the Honorable Rosemary S. Pooler in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and was a Yale Law School Public Interest Fellow at the Santa Clara County Office of the Public Defender.
While attending law school, Sara was a member of the Worker & Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic, where she represented individuals arrested in immigration raids. In recognition for her clinical work, Sara was awarded the Charles G. Albom Prize for excellence in judicial and/or administrative appellate advocacy in connection with a Law School clinical program.
