Sarah Jorgensen is a principal in McKool Smith Hennigan’s Silicon Valley office. Sarah served as a clerk for U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist and for the Honorable Lawrence H. Silberman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. She also served as a trial lawyer with the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.
Sarah brings her unique appellate skills to bear on a wide range of matters, both at the trial and appellate levels in complex tort, commercial, and intellectual property litigation. In addition to her clerkships, she served as a litigation lawyer for Textron Inc. in Providence, Rhode Island.
