William Ellerman is a Principal in the Dallas office of McKool Smith. Mr. Ellerman is an accomplished trial lawyer with several multimillion-dollar jury and bench trial verdicts under his belt throughout his career that covers over two decades. He litigates complex business and intellectual property cases on behalf of corporations, universities, and individuals in state and federal trial and appellate courts across the United States. His practice, which includes representing plaintiffs and defendants, spans several areas of complex disputes, including intellectual property, contracts, business torts, banking, securities, oil and gas, and media law.
