DALLAS, Texas (January 16, 2015) -- McKool Smith has secured a $15 million patent infringement verdict on behalf of Texas-based Droplets, Inc. against Sears Holding Corp. and Overstock.com Inc.

The verdict was announced on Friday, January 16 after a four-day trial before Judge Rodney Gilstrap in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas in Marshall.
